On 18th aug kg wing enjoyed the salad party teachers explained the importance of green vegetables and fruits and with the help of the teachers the little children made an attractive salad plate and relished the taste of salad.All the toddlers enjoyed the salad party.
We owe a lot to the Indians who taught us how to count without which no worth while scientific discovery could have been made.

Deepanshu Tyagi of Class XI participated in the 15th Junior IAKO( Indian Association of Kickboxing Organisation) NATIONAL KICKBOXING CHAMPIONSHIP 2010 held in Kolkata during 3rd-6th August. He won a SILVER MEDAL in the Semi Contact Event and brought laurels to the School.
He brought another glory for his parents as well as SNVP by getting selected for the 1st W.K.F. CLUBS WORLD CUP to be held in Istanbul, Turkey organised by the TURKISH KARATE FEDERATION.He is the amongst the 11 lucky participants who have been selected by A.I.K.F.(All India Karate-Do Federation) to represent India in the World Cup.
On 17th of August, K.G Wing celebrated Lemon Day in which the teachers explained the shape, colour, taste of lemon. Children with the help of teachers prepared Nimbu Pani as a cooking experience and learned the slogan “SAY NO TO COLD DRINKS”.
On 16th of August, children brought capsicums and the teachers explained the importance of green vegetables. Children enjoyed doing capsicum printing on activity worksheets. Children brought tiffins with different capsicum vegetables in them.
Today, Independence Day was celebrated at SNVP with full zeal and excitement. Shri Rajendra Sharma, a renowned politician and social worker came as the Chief Guest, along with the esteemed Chairman of SNVP, Shri Nageen Chand Jain who was the President of the function. The programme commenced with the hoisting of our prestigious National Flag which was followed by the National Anthem. Then the national festival was celebrated with cultural programmes like songs, dances and speeches by the hostelers as well as a few day scholars. Hon’ble Chief Guest inspired the students to become responsible members of the nation and spread the cultural heritage of India in the entire world. Esteemed Chairman wished Independence Day to everyone present there and congratulated the students for their wonderful performances. SNVP Principal, Mr. Vishal Jain expressed gratitude towards Shri Rajendra Sharma and Shri Nageen Chand Jain for being a part of the celebration and promised them to make all his students the best in every field of life. CEO, Mr. Sanjeev Joshi presented a momento to the Chief Guest and the Vice Principal, Mr. Nazish Jamali presented a momento to the Chairman as a token of love from the school’s side. At the end, sweets were disrtibuted to all the students and staff members as a small treat from the management of SNVP.
Yesterday, a workshop was conducted for Mathematics in the SNVP premises. Vice Principal, Mr. Nazish Jamali introduced the guest speaker at the workshop who was Mr. Vijay from Pie Education Institute, Delhi. He trained the Mathematics teachers about the methodology of teaching Trigonometry in an easy and more understandable way. At the end of the workshop, Mr. B.P Sharma gave a small gift as a token of love from the SNVP’s side.
Today, a workshop was conducted on Teachers’ Empowerment at SNVP in the afternoon hours for all the staff members.It was addressed by Mr. Vishal Jain, who is not only the Principal of the school, but also a true mentor who provides training and encouragement to his staff members to be the best in their fields. It was an interactive workshop where teachers discussed about the ways of making the students PROACTIVE & SELF-DISCIPLINED.
At the end of the workshop, the principal recieved the feedback from the teachers who came up with the following points:-
1. We should be proactive & self-disciplined.
2. Each day should turn into Teach day.
3. Teachers should be responsible for the students behaviour each time and everywhere.
4. Everything is possible if we are determined for it.
5. Our actions should create respect for us.
6. We should work extra if we do not want to be ordinary.
7. Teachers should motivate children for all positive activities.
8. Teachers should be the role model for their students.
9. Teachers should treat every student as their own child.
10. Students should be updated with all the latest happenings.
11. Management, teachers & students should have the same vision.
12. Quality time & education should be given to the students.
13. A person sholud implement what he/she says.
14. Be punctual.
15. Self Evaluation is a must for improvement.
16. Teachers should supply something new to their students everyday.
17. Weaker students should be given extra attention.
18. Think before you speak.
19. Every student should have the right ATTITUDE & DISCIPLINE to be successful in life.
20. Last but not the least- Be a teacher not a cheater.
It was an enriching and learning experience for all the staff members. They all expressed their gratitude towards the Principal for a wonderful workshop. CEO, Mr. Sanjeev Joshi & Vice Principal, Mr. Nazish Jamali were also present in the workshop.
Patriotism is not a feeling which can be confined to just one day. For a true Indian, it is a celebration everyday. SNVP proved this statement real by celebrating the emotion of brotherhood & patriotism today. The celebration became more special with the presence of the esteemed Chief Guest Shri Chandraveer Singh, M.L.A of Sardhana, a renowned politician and social worker. A set of cultural programmes were organized which included patriotic dance performances, speeches, skits on the importance of Independence Day. Shri Chandraveer Singh congratulated the management, staff & students of SNVP for presenting a wonderful show and spreading the fragrance of patriotism in the ambience. Principal, Mr. Vishal Jain motivated the students to become responsible citizens of the nation. CEO, Mr. Sanjeev Joshi conveyed a vote of thanks to honorable Chief Guest and everyone else for being a part of the programme. It was a marvellous feeling to see the entire school painted in the tri-colours of the flag. SNVPians succeeded in spreading the message- BE INDIAN! LOVE INDIA!
Today K.G wing celebrated Onion Day and teachers explained about the colour, shape and use of onion to the kids. Students with help of teachers prepared attractive salad with onion.
