ON 15TH MAY 2012 MOTHER’S DAY WAS CELEBRATED IN KG SECTION ON THIS OCCASION MRS KUSUM JAIN WAS INVITED AS A  CHIEF GUEST.

GUEST OF HONOUR WAS MRS. VANDANA & MRS. VINITA JAIN. THERE WERE LOTS OF FUN FOR MOTHER’S LIKE TAMBOLA , RACE & GAME IN WHICH WHO WEARED MAXIMUM RINGS IN THEIR HAND WON THE PRIZE , ALSO THEIR IS A CULTURAL PROGRAM PRESENTED BY OUR TINNY TOTES IN WHICH THEY PRESENT DANCE ON” TU KITNE ACHHE HAI” & “BUM BUM BOLLE” SONGS AND MIKE SPEAKING WAS ALSO PRESENTED BY KIDS.

The Knowledge Resource Development & Welfare Group (KRDWG) expert panel awarded the Educational Excellence Award to SNVP.

Dr.  Alisher  Uma  Rai  presented the award to the Principal of the school Mr. Vishal Jain & Vice  Principal  at an award distribution function held in New Delhi on 13th  May, 2012 . SNVP  was selected from 140 schools across 5 Countries & 17 Indian states.

SNVP was adjudged as the best on the basis of its performance in imparting education , availability of the IT infrastructure, trained faculty and participation of the school in  events at the District, State and National level.

Teachers, students and the parents congratulated the Principal, for this achievement and wished them good luck for all their future endeavors.

Rain Dance is a great blessing after the summer heat. The scorching sun and extreme heat made life unbearable not only for humans but also for animals and plants. So,to beat the heat of the summer “Rain Dance Party” was held on 12 May 2012. All student class V to VIII were looking very dashing in swimming costumes. The artificial rain was organised to provide the same effect. Such joys can never be forgotten. Everyone looked so fresh, talented. Little rock stars danced on the thrilling music. Children who loved to play with nature’s blessings enjoyed and showed more advanced motor fitness. There is no way that can help children to learn to love and preserve this planet, if we don’t give them direct experiences with the miracles and blessings of nature.

It is said that a mother is the first teacher of a child and to honour them, the children of Middle wing  dedicated a special assembly to mothers on 12th of May 2012.The Programme was a delightful combination of music and dance anchored and presented by the students of class IV. Soul stirring poems were created in Hindi which expressed the love the children felt for their mothers. A short talk was followed by a beautiful song  by the Choir group and an intresting skit applauding the work and effort that every mother puts in to raise her children.

SNVP celebrated Tagore Jayanti on 7^th May 2012. with the singing of Tagore’s famous song Ekla Chalo Re . Principal Mr Vishal Jain Addressing the students of the school,  explained the significance of the day by sharing the above details and urged the teachers to take inspiration from the famous quote “Don’t limit a child to your own learning, for he was born in another time.”

Today on 8th may in K.G section some activities were done like counting by the help of Ganet Mala . And their teacher taught them about shapes like circle , square , rectangle etc  with the help of colour & shapes game

The first   “Parent-Teacher Meeting” of this 2012-2013 Academic Year was held in SNVP  between 7:30 – 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 5, 2012. In this meeting, parents had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with subject teachers, Counseling Teachers, the Guidance and Counseling Teacher and the School Administration on students’ academic success, attitudes and behaviour. Parents were also informed about subject content and other issues in detail. We would like to thank our parents who actively participated in this  parent-teacher meeting.
